How to Fix The Imagehlp.dll Error
If you’re seeing this error when using a specific program, such as Adobe Dreamweaver or another resource-intensive program, then your computer might have an outdated version of imagehlp.dll, which prevents the application from using the file that it requires. In order to fix this, you should first try to reinstall the application that’s causing the errors:
1) Click on Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs
2) On the Window that loads up, browse to the program causing the error
3) Press “Uninstall” on that program
4) Wait for the program to uninstall & restart
5) Now install the program again
6) Try the program again after the installation is complete

This will replace the current imegehlp.dll on your computer and all the program files that the program needs to run. In many cases, this will stop the errors you’re seeing from this particular program as it will post a compatible version of the imagehlp.dll file onto your PC. However, it does not always work.

You should also try and use a 'registry cleaner' to fix the problems on your PC as well. A registry cleaner is a powerful way to fix DLL errors because it cleans out the 'registry database'. The registry database is essentially a central storage facility for the Windows system, which keeps a list of DLL files for all your programs to use. These files are continually being used by Windows and this DLL file list basically allows your programs to read the dll files they need to run. It's often the case that this list will become damaged and corrupted, preventing programs from reading the files they need and causing the errors you're seeing. You can use a registry cleaner to fix imegehlp.dll problem for good.
